Medical boundary
Carelivon is not a hospital, nursing agency or medical practice. We do not diagnose, prescribe, inject, dress wounds, administer regulated medical procedures or replace qualified medical professionals.
When clinical help is needed, Carelivon can coordinate with a qualified medical or nursing provider. The provider remains responsible for clinical decisions and treatment.
Family instructions and safety
Each assignment should include an emergency contact, relevant mobility notes, approved destination and spending limit where applicable. Carelivon staff should never request a customer’s ATM PIN, online banking password or unrestricted access to money.
Designed for families living away
The service is particularly useful for NRIs and adult children living outside Kerala who want simple local assistance for elderly parents without presenting the service as medical home care.
